Simple steps.

1. Chill the cocktail glass before you start.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the Tough Nut Cream, triple sec and milk.
4. Shake firmly until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
5. Strain into the chilled glass and finish with chocolate orange.
