A darker, slower autumn serve built around Espresso Rum, syrup and bitters. Sophisticated without requiring a long ingredient list.

Simple steps.
- Add the Espresso Rum, syrup and bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Stir steadily until the drink is thoroughly chilled and lightly diluted.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large fresh ice cube.
- Finish with an orange peel if desired and serve.
