Classic Lyme Bay Mulled Wine served warm with an optional splash of brandy. Familiar, accessible and easy to demonstrate during the Christmas season.

Simple steps.
- Pour the Lyme Bay Mulled Wine into a saucepan.
- Warm slowly over a low heat until steaming, taking care not to boil it.
- Add the optional tot of brandy and stir gently.
- Pour into a heatproof mug or glass.
- Finish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick if desired.
