Warm Christmas Mead
The simplest festive Lyme Bay serve: Christmas Mead gently warmed and served hot. Very low effort for customers and directly relevant to the bottles on the shelf.

Simple steps.
- Pre-warm a heatproof mug with hot water, then empty it.
- Pour the Christmas Mead into a small saucepan.
- Warm gently to around 50–55°C; it should be steaming lightly, never boiling.
- Pour into the warm mug.
- Add an optional orange slice or cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
