How long is each Santa Grotto session?
Each booking is for a private 10-minute timed Santa Grotto session.
How many people can attend one session?
A maximum of eight people may attend within one booked session. Please make sure the correct ticket type is selected for every child and adult attending.
When is Santa's Grotto open?
Santa's Grotto runs every Saturday and Sunday from 28 November to 20 December 2026, between 11:00am and 2:00pm. Dates are 28–29 November, 5–6 December, 12–13 December and 19–20 December. Choose your available 10-minute time slot when booking.
How much are Grotto tickets?
Tickets are £24.95 per child and £4.95 per adult. For children under 6 months, tickets are £1.95 without a gift or £8.95 with a gift. Please select the correct ticket type for everyone attending; gift entitlement is determined by the ticket purchased.
Does every child receive a gift?
Gift entitlement is determined by the ticket type purchased. Where a ticket is specifically sold without a gift, no gift will be provided for that ticket.
What ticket do I choose for a baby under 6 months?
Babies under 6 months still need the appropriate ticket selected. Choose either the under-6-month ticket without a gift or the under-6-month ticket with a gift.
Can we take a family photo with Santa?
Yes. A family photo opportunity is part of the Grotto visit. Customers should be prepared to take their own photographs unless otherwise stated for the event.
What do we need when we arrive?
Your booking is valid only for the date and time slot selected. Please have your booking confirmation available and arrive ready for your allocated session, as Grotto visits operate to a timed schedule.
Do children need to stay with an adult?
Yes. Children must remain accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.
Will food be available during our visit?
The Nordic Food Hut is open on Saturdays and Sundays with festive food available to purchase separately. Menu items, serving times and availability may vary.
