<p>Welcome to Santa's Grotto, where Christmas magic comes to life! Come explore our Christmas grotto where you’ll get a gift from Santa!</p>
<p>You can take a photo with Santa as you tell him all of your Christmas wishes. You'll also receive a special gift to take home and cherish as a memento of your magical experience.</p>
<p>A Magical Christmas experience like no other, get to meet the one and only Father Christmas this year at View. This is a family event aimed at children up to the age of 12.</p>
<p>It is our policy to not allow any adults without children.</p>
<p>After your experience why not wander through our enchanting Christmas wonderland filled with sparkling lights and festive joy in our Christmas Department.</p>
<p>Our Christmas grotto is the perfect fun-filled Christmas experience that’s sure to leave you feeling merry and bright!</p>
<p>Our grotto will be open 11am-2pm from Saturday 25<sup>th</sup> November to Saturday 23<sup>rd</sup> December. Tickets are £12.99 for children (up to 12 years old) and £2.50 for adults (16+), with a maximum of 8 people per time slot. Each time slot is 5 minutes long and will allow your child to receive a special gift from Santa.</p>

<p><strong>How will I find your event?</strong></p>
<p>Our event is located at View Garden Centre, Old Chelmsford Road, Rawreth, SS118SJ. Once you arrive, our grotto will be clearly signposted.</p>
<p><strong>What do I need to bring?</strong></p>
<p>All you will need to bring is your booking confirmation email/reference number. Although we recommend bringing a camera to get some lovely Christmas photos!</p>
<p><strong>Will I have to pay for my Infant? </strong></p>
<p>You will not have to pay for your infant (up to 6 months) if they are accompanied by a paying child, however, a full-priced child ticket will be required if you wish for your infant to receive a gift from Santa!</p>
<p><strong>Is there a maximum number of children/adults I can bring?</strong></p>
<p>Each time slot allows for up to 8 people, with a minimum of 1 adult, if you require accommodation for more than 8 people, please contact us.</p>
<p><strong>Do I have to provide details about my children?</strong></p>
<p>Whilst this is not required, we ask for your child’s age/interests to ensure we provide them with the most appropriate gift we can. Also, we can give this information to Santa to make the visit more magical! All of this information is deleted once our Christmas event is over.</p>
If you wish to have your item sent through standard delivery, our regular dispatch time is 5 - 7 working days, unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you are ordering multiple items, the delivery timescale will be extended to match the maximum delivery time for the whole order. Small parcels are delivered and handed to the customer at the front door of their premises, larger items are delivered on wooden pallets each of an approximate size of 1m wide x 1.2m deep x anythng up to 2m high. These deliveries are brought onto the front drive of the property if the ground conditions allow or are left at the kerbside if they are not suitable. It is the customers responsibility to remove the products from the pallet and dispose of the timber pallet.
